Looks great UGA... you got a recipe?
Not sure if you have ever had spaghetti squash but it gets its name because when cooked it comes out looking like pasta. Anyway here is what I do.
SQUASH
-Cut Squash in half and scoop out guts/seeds
-season inside of each half
-put 1/4 inch of water in baking dish/pan and place squash face down on pan.
-Bake on 375-400 for 30-45 minutes according to size of squash
-When cooked take a fork and scrap out inside of squash working from top to bottom and vice versa.
-I prefer tomato sauce but obviously you could use what you prefer.
MUSHROOMS
-I skewer mine with a little olive oil, season and throw them on the grill.
SAUSAGE
-Grill and cut on diagonal
No right way or wrong way. The main thing is to make sure you are using flavors that you enjoy:toast:
