Anybody have ideas as to what can be done about the spam e-mail that arrives daily. Asked the internet provider I have and they said all I could do is change my e-mail address.......there has to be a better answer than that! Thanks for any ideas.

If you are running Outlook Express, while the spam is highlighted, click "Messages" at the top, then click block sender and everytime you get an email from that account, it will automatically go to your "Deleted Items" folder and you will never see it in your "Inbox". If it is web based, can't help ya.
