Spreadsheet help

Someone sent me a class roster in a spreadsheet. How do I get into it to make changes and be able to save the changes so I have a an udpated list (names, adddress, etc.) I made some changes but when I get out of it to print the updated one the old info is still there?:shrug: opcorn2 Thanks

It might be read-only. Do a File / SaveAs / choose file name

Then you should be able to edit and print etc
