I hate judging a team after seeing them once, as it has burned me before. But unless UCF is alot better, you are right. Either asskickings or overs are coming

ucf ranks maybe right above poor. they cost me tonight that deff. Game should of been a blow out gamecocks are in trouble in sec no wy they hang in top this year. I am like you when it comes to judging a team on game 1 you wait till 2nd game is over and adjustments are made because most teams will half a bad half or qt in ncaa game 1 but when your playing ucf who has been down bad for 2 years and not going to get any better this year gamecocks will need to do more then adjust they will just have to hope to be 500, well it is over so i am just going to let it go . but should not of been a game.

USC OL doesn't look good. Cock-n-fire will shoot blanks if they can't ram it up b/w the tackles.

UCF looks alright on the DL but the pass D looks the same as last season.

Moffett is serviceable...he has a couple of fairly good wideouts to work with and bail him out.

Spurrier is gonna be in for a mediocre season.

and you know sec coaches as all coaches remember things very well, so could see some people rub it in not because of gamecocks but because of old fl days, and they won't blink a eye if they get the chance to run it up or should say when they get the chance to run it up.

yeah, Fletch...if Spurrier gets his comeuppance, there won't be many "gator" tears shed throughout the SEC.

Gotta wonder about the Cock D as well.

Was it just me but that Gamecock crowing after their scores was freekin annoying.

Those first two scoring drives reminded me of his first preseason games with Redskins when he put up good numbers, only to get beat down once the regular season started.

I hope SC fans enjoyed that big win over UCF. I'm thinking it will be a different story next game @ UGA. If I remember correctly, Spurrier owned Georgia during his reign at UF. Payback anyone???

BIG ORANGE LAND!!
Maybe I am quick to judge but come on!!!
UCF drove on them consistantly and shot themselves in the foot or the out may have been different. USC had NO running game and was way too one dimensional to compete in the SEC.
We will see....
