Does anyone have the starters for the first game today? I know the Giants rested Bonds in their opener a few days ago, I was wondering if St. Louis would do the same since they are running away with the central.

I don't see the Pirates winning 6 straight over the Cards, I was thinking about playing St. Louis in game 1 and chasing it if they lose. I know I'll pay a hefty price in game 2. Any opinions?

I like the Cards in game one, and the over....and I'll pass on the second game, but love the under. LaRussa won't play Rolen, Pujols, or probably Walker to rest their injuries.
FWIW: I played the 1st 5 innings.
Played St Louis -1/2 (-120) --and--
OVER 5 (-129) 2 units each.

why chase when you can just hold off on game 1 if you like the cards ..if they ose play them game 2...you def. will be laying serios juice however in game 2...maybe the run ine or a parlay may be better choice...
i say this just because of the cards by chance lose game 1 ...then not only are you looking at loss in game 1...but by chasiong in game 2 with that kind of juice you may be getting yourself into a big hole...
just my opinion...

Not sure on game 2 lineups, but Pujols and Rolen were asked to sit and they said NO, we want to play. FYI...
