"My dear fellow Americans, I'm sure most of you will be glad to know both Sen. Frist and I had the Colts -3' in their amazing come-from-behind win/cover in the AFC Championship game last Sunday. Since wagering offshore is now a felony, Sen Frist and I flew via Air Force One to Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, were then chauffered via presidential limosuine to the nearest sportsbook, placed our wagers and then flew back to the Nations capitol as quickly as we could to minimize this cost of business at taxpayer expense. Since my inauguration some six and a half years ago, my philosophy has always been "No need to be a winner as long as you can pick one! I would like to wish every American good luck in the Super
Bowl and I like the total to go over forty-nine."

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."
