Actually, the reason why is the same on all of these "steam moves". They generated a major line move at four or more of the sportbooks I get real time lines from "within a fifteen second period of time". Public money would not trigger a move that fast at that many books at once . . . only the so called "wise guy" or syndicate action.

While it tends to be streaky it has been a pretty effective indicator overall as demonstrated by the record. Getting the correct number is often important. That is why I try to post them here before all the books have been hammered and all the lines moved two or more points as they often do on these plays. Money line plays is not as critical, but point spread is.

To give you an example of how fast I get these posted here I played CIN today "after" I posted here at +125 at Sportbet.com where it had already dropped from +128. Within another five minutes it was down to +117.

At this time it is looking like a loser, but at least you see how volitile these moves are and how quickly I am getting them put up.

Note, the last weekend of NFL play they went 5-0. The first full week of NCAA football they went 32-16.
