She may have to serve only a year but that is alot more than she wants to serve. Can you imagine going from the house she is in to the big house. She is in for emotional time.

She will appeal it to the Supreme Court.

Normally when you are a convicted felon you have to go directly to jail. But they know Martha aint going no where and she can afford the appeal bond required of someone in her situation.
