if the fans deserve the legal winner at the checkered flag then make the penalties so severe that NOBODY will cheat..


only way that happens is DISQUALIFICATION
for every car AND DRIVER found to have CHEATED.
NO MONEY..NO POINTS..

I wonder how the books would handle that if it ever became a reality. Would they strip those who bet on the winner? would the 2nd place car get the winning payout?

Hard to prove intent on some cases(like Edwards).
I am for a win or any finish being taken away and scored in 43rd if it happens a 2nd time in the season.

Dont think Nascar will ever strip someone of a win though.
