I completely agree. Here's what I really hate, and have posted before.

A guy flops. He can rewarded for this with the charge. If there's a no-call, then the offensive guy has to go way around a guy laying on the floor, so it messes up a drive to the basket. Also, its a good way to get the offensive guy injured.

Its a dirty, dirty play.

I say, if a guy flops. dribble right over him and step on him. He's out of position, so its a block. Not a charge. That makes it fair.
