I think the Ottawa/Carolina game is pretty evenly matched. I would say Carolina being at home is part of the reasn they're favoured. Also, Gerber is most likely to start tonight for Ottawa. He is a lame 1-3 with a 3.39 GAA. Leighton is the "probable" starter for Carolina with a 3-1 record and a 2.63 GAA. Also Ottawa is coming off 2 wins - they rarely win 3 striaght. Carolina is coming off a loss. That's all I can think of - but I do think the line will even out before game time as the public will probably be all over Ottawa. I'm staying away from this game.

Regarding Montreal/Columbus, I think under is the dog because Montreal is a high scoring team at 3.50 G/G. Columbus also lets in 3.38 goals per game and has played over in 9 of 12 games this year. Halak is starting for Montreal - he is 2-0 with a 2.51 GAA. Another one I'm staying away from. Any head-to-head trends for these teams are pretty irrelevant since they rarely play eachother, haven't met since last February, and if you go back just 5 games - you're in 2002!

Good Luck!
