I think cause they know what treasure he can be..Sat behind home plate when he pitched college world series and it was quite a treat...Still a baby believe if he gets really healthy will be untouchable...jmo

The guy is healthy and if he wasn't he would not be pitching....Since he was shut down early when they were winning last year I wonder if he will be shut down again when they underachieving this year.....

I somewhat agree with last year's shut down, but I also agree other than that, he has been babied too much. I don't think that's the reason he might be underperforming (if you can call it that).

He sometimes looks frustrated in the mound, his team commits a lot of errors when his pitching and they don't bat at all for him. Every time I watch him pitch he seems to get a lot of bad breaks, but BABIP doesn't support that theory.

I really think he can be the best in the league, they gotta stop babying him and he has to go on a little run to gain some confidence.

This guy gets treated with kids gloves, he's an Ace for almost every ML club and gets the worse run production other than Cole Hamels and Adam Wainwright of all pitchers this year. Goes for Bud Norris as well.

You can have great numbers (stats), but if your team don't back ya - you are FOKKED!!

Plus Nats bullpen is imploding!!
