It sounds like it could do both rain & snow. your right may not matter. But the 25 to 35 mile per hr winds with gust at 40. If that does happen. No way it goes over. I would check first.

Interesting. . . I really like the under because of the weather as both teams should run this ball a ton. Especially Oregon as it is to their advantage to play a slow tempo game.

I really think the weather will play a factor in this one and if you really like the over, then you should wait, because I'm pretty sure it will be coming down once gametime gets closer and the weather prediction more absolute.
