There are a lot of under trends for tonight's games. I know they are just trends, but for this many games to have the trends points to a favorable bet on the UNDER of the Grand Salami. Here they are:

The under is 13-7 when STL is away.
The under is 4-1-1 in the Sabres last six overall.
The under is 4-2-1 in the past seven meetings.

The under is 13-6 when Boston is away.
The last three meetings have gone under.
The under is 7-3 in the Rangers last 10 overall.

The under is 12-2 for the Habs when the line is at 5.5.

The under is 4-1 in the last five meetings.
(The over is 12-3-2 in Carolina's last 17 overall though)

Tampa/Pitt
The under is 7-1-1 in the past nine meetings.

The under is 5-0-1 in DAL's last six at home.

Phoenix/Chicago
The under is 4-0-1 in the past five meetings.
The under is 6-2-1 in PHO's last nine games overall.
The under is 10-3-1 in the Hawks last 14 overall.

The under is 7-1-2 in Minnesota's last 10 overall.
MIN's has averaged 1.40 goals/game in their last five overall.
The under is 13-3-1 in ANA's last 17 overall.

I usually don't play Salamis so does anyone have feedback. Does a busy night point one way or the other?

Play: G.S. UNDER 56 -110 (SIA)

I don't play Salamis either saint. The only thing I can say is I have heard a theory presented that basically says that when there are many games on the board (like tonight), there is a greater possibility that one or two of them will go way over, and therefore that helps the over.

I can see how this makes some sense, considering that games can theoretically go over by 7 or 8 goals, but the most that games could stay under would be by 5 goals (or 5.5, or whatever the line is). So, I guess this theory points out that you are more likely to have a game or two with 10 or 11 goals than you are to have a couple of games with 0 goals.

I have not tested the theory, nor have I seen any hard numbers about it. Just thought I would share that and see what people think. GL.

I agree w/ that reasoning...the last few days have seen the 5-4 rangers/isles and 7-5 canes/vancouver. Those kinds of games are likely on a big slate. I guess the under trends on 8 of the 11 swayed me so i already played the UNDER but only for a unit so not too big of a deal. Thanks for the input
