OK, I have a Net Spend card and have registered on-line. I e-mailed Pinnacle and said I forgot my account ID. They e-mailed me back and said too bad for you, you live in the US, we don't want your money.
Is there anywhere else I am going to run into this problem? Can I really not use pinny?
I have empty accounts now at Bodog, 5dimes and Cris. Will I get that type of response at those books?
