Stupid Question???

What's with all of the low totals and even lower scoring games so far this season????
Is it typically this way to start the NBA season, because of players being dealt to new teams and learning new systems??
Or was there some sort of rule change that is causing the lower totals??:shrug:
Any insight is much appreciated.

no rule changes Im pretty sure, just a lot of guys rusty out of the gates, and tired legs at the end of the games resulting in jump shots hitting the front rims, scores will go up later in the year as guys start to get acclumated
