Wis/Mich St (U128).....lookin' at "knee-jerk" here.....Wisky took out the Spartys 77-64 last meeting.....but nine prior contests between the two averaged 108.5.....with the Big-10 tournament around the corner I look for defenses to step it up a notch
Syracuse/WVa O132.....where this number came from don't know.....last 10 meetings these two have averaged 148
Providence (-2).....Pitt comes in off their Home winning streak breaking loss (heck I picked them)...Providence has been playing real well has of late.....and the Friars have covered 6 of the last 7 vs Pitt...I'll lay the small chalk here
Mississippi State (-13').....Auburn is 2-7 ATS Away TY...MSU 7-4-1.....and MSU also holds a 7-2-1 ATS mark in the last 10 meetings and 6-0 ATS L6
St. Bonny (+29)......Bonny is 3-10 Away TY...0-10 SU & ATS their last 10 games TY.....and everyone knows St. Joe. But I like the Bonnys here for two reasons....first my own personal theory is the longer you remain unbeaten...the tighter you become...the larger the target on you grows...I think St. Joes will just be happy with a nice quiet win just relaxing and resting for conference tourney coming up...reason 2....amazingly the Visitor in this series is 10-0 ATS...and getting blow out in the first one I see the Bonnys playing a bit harder here
Clemson (+18).....I have a lot of respect for Coach Williams and the program that he runs.....but in this situation I think the Heels are looking ahead to the ACC tourney...and I am just not sold on the fact that Carolina is that much better...plus Clemson has covered the last 3 meetings
Detroit (-17').....don't like layin this much so close to tournament time.....but I just see Perry Watson's defense putting a strangle hold on this one
Youngstown State (+10).....this is not the same Butler team that everyone has been use to from the past...Butler has won the last 6 SU...but YSU has covered the last 5 in a row
Murray State (-17).....TN Tech is 1-10 Away.....Murray has covered 4 of the last 5 meetings and seem to have adjusted well without PG Chiles
