Illinois St would be just over a 1 point favor if you use the Sagarin Ratings to create the line.
I see that but they havent won a conference game yet. I'm sure it is a trap and now i see that Thunder is opposite so maybe I am wrong but sticking with my guns like Texas yesterday.
