YTD 32-28-4 (+5.54)
Wk 5-0-1 (+5.37)
These are the best two I can come up with today:
FLORIDA MARLINS (+109) Sanchez is 3-0 with a 2.87 ERA in 9 games vs. the Nats. He is coming off a solid outing vs. Lincecum in his last, and threw only 90 pitches in that one.
On the other hand, Livan Hernandez needed 123 pitches to get one out in the 6th in his last outing vs. the Braves. He continues to sport an ERA of 0.99, but his strikeout to walk ratio is 11:13. That stuff catches up with you sooner or later and this could be the day.
BREWERS/D-BACKS under 10.5 (-110) Brewers beat them 17-3 last night, and the two previous games (both against Pittsburgh) this season when Milwaukee put up at least that many runs, they managed 1 and 3 runs respectively in their next game. I can see them struggling at the plate today, as Kennedy has been looking sharp and I love the 30:10 K to BB ratio. Narveson has looked okay since replacing Suppan in the rotation, and his WHIP is 1.18 in his last 3 appearances, including those two starts. Catcher Zaun said he was really pounding the strike zone last start as well, so I am hoping this can carry over against the Diamondbacks who lead the NL in runs scored.
Good Luck Guys.
