Box is still hurting from his abcess tooth post surgery.will go over to gen discussion.
Some observations from yest and a few thanks.
I do want to say thanks to everyone who responds to my posts and make comments.I wish I had the time to answer everyone.
I read everyones and enjoy that positive comments and bumps.
I try to give props to others as much as I can.But i know I don't have the time.
I know I play to many games.Esp on a Saturday.Yest was pretty good with some positive boxes.But also hit on some of your plays.I'll get stupid and play 4 or 5 parlays for small amounts.
There are some plays I'll pass on when I see someone is going the other way.I was leaning towards Ga Tech yest.But Wizzard liked NC St.So I passed.
Was thinking about ECU +pts but Loophole convinced me to go the other way since the Pirates were on the road.
Dimedaddy made me layoff Stanford.Fletcher made me play UNLV.Doubledown's comments made me play East Tenn.Continueguy 's Iowa, Mach 1's UNC,etc,etc
I left a lot of people out and thats why I hate mentioning names.
But many of you win games and derserve mucho kudos.Many peoples post is already on page 2 or 3 due to the large volume of traffic here in madjacks.
I enjoy reading page 2 and 3 better then page 1.
Anyway just want to thank everyone for being kind and respectful esp when I lose games like I do a lot.

What was Martelli doing up in Olean,NY.Bonnies whipped 114-63.
Air Force is unreal. great story in USA Today about them yest.
Cincy came back with a vengence.
URI wins by 20 over fordham.I can't believe I didn't play that game.
Hofstra looked good vs W&M
OK St upsets Texas...did anyone see that game.What happened?
North Texas won a road game.And I won with them.I'm 2-22 now.
Loved Prov and Pitt beating Cuse and Conn.
Duke -Georgetown..mismatch...I knew it,you knew it....I won on it but why not bet the ranch on it.
Loved Cornell yest over Columbia.halftime score Columbia up 35-22.Thank the lord they play 2 halves.2nd half Big red out scores them 44-18.

Will be back.
Siena +2 over Canisius..strong play.Line has dropped to +1.Wrong team favored. Will do the MAAC games and a few more.

North Texas won a road game.And I won with them.I'm 2-22 now.

seems like this season is weird.....i'm getting brutalized when conference play started..... :shrug:

Box, I agree with ya on the Siena play! I have already posted that one in my thread for today. I think that game could be a blowout! I think the wrong team is favored in the Drake game also! Keep up the great work!!!

Siena +2[last nite] now its +1 over Canisius
Siena had there 3 game win streak snapped the other nite vs Niagara.Was leading at halftime by a few.Siena record up in the buffalo area is terrible.They are 1-10 at Canisius.
Griffs just lost to Rider by 10 when they couldn't hit any FT's and Riders Johnson went on a rampage.Mising there 2 big men are really hurting them. Ferris and Spruill are 6'6 and 6'8 and are still listed day/day.It's been 2 weeks there day/day.
Foster,Doss,and sharpshooter Downey are pretty good.They ran a diamond press vs Rider putting freshman wilson at the top.
But Griffs struggle to score.Downey from downtown is deadly.But inside game is suspect.Now Griffs did score 103 pts vs No D Niagara in an OT loss.They have balanced scoring from 4 people.
Siena is another inconsistent team.They rebound better then anybody except for NU.Haddix is there 6'6 stud inside avf 14 pts and 9 bds.Andrews,Miller, and Williams are 6'8 and 6'9 and throw in 7'0 Sniezyk and you see why they can rebound.Jordan is the best athlete at 6'4 and Mitchell is a 2 gd coming out of a slump and Laniers doghouse.They have no pt gd.Jackson the frosh is OK.They did a nice job vs Niagara the other nite.
Siena can't shoot FT's and are a poor defensive team and cannot hit a 3.
But canisius can't play defense either and they shoot worse on the FT line.
Griffs are 1-7 at home 1-3-1 ats at home.Siena is 6-3 away ats. Griffs are 4-13 in last 17 MAAC games.Think the Saints win this one by a few on the road.

Rider +7 over Niagara
Johnson alone can keep this close.Purple cannot play any defense.Castleburry will be sandwiched between Mendez and Reaves.But think Johnson will hit enough 3's to come in under the line

Manhattan -8 over Iona
Iona has so much in fighting.losing Smith really hurt.I don't like the line. I had it at -5 or 6.And Iona just runs and guns.This is a bigger game for Iona.They hate the Jaspers and feel like 2nd cousins.Many of the Iona players weren't recruited by MC.
But MC plays defense and with only Jenkins in the middle MC should put that ball in the paint.Bruin the frosh now starts for Iona.Flores must go against 4 quick gds.Thank god they don't play defnse.

Loy Md +18 over Fairfield.
Stags offense is not impressive.W/O Gai just maybe Loy-Md keps this close.Loy Md lost to Rider,Marist and St peter by less then 18 pts.I'll grab the 18 and pray.

Southwest Mizzou pk over Drake...on a roll
No Ill -8 over Buffalo....Bulls can't gd their shawdows
Kentucky -4 to ND....Thomas,Francis,etc, but Kentucky has to many greyhounds and play defense

hang in there box pain sucks i know the feeling hope it gets better quick. The people out here love my lucky hat and so do I i have over 62 last count and it is the best looking one i own . You just don't see it anywhere that makes it even better. Fb will tun around Bobby will do a good job will take him a few years but it will be a major difference with him in charge they might not be a power house ever but the will get to the point where they are above 500 every year and some bowl games every so often . they put in one hell of a weight room had a strength coach i know send me some pictures of the set up state of the art if you get a chance if you have not already you need to see what they are doing with it, it is better then most in the us college or pro in his letter he wrote what it cost it was a big price tag but is just unreal, it was not all done i saw some pictures he took and then some drawen pictures of what it will be , a very big +.
