Cincy -15...bought '
Cincy has the talent of a top 15, USF plays very sloppy. the few games I've watched, their D is less than desirable and you'd think they are the ones who get rewarded for fouling. Good game for Cincy to work out some kinks. If USF gets in could trouble early this could be a 30+ blowout.
