ECU playing a little better right now..did beat the Tigers on there court...
Evansville +1 over Northern Iowa **
Purple were swept by NI...NIU just knocked off Wichita...think Purple are a little more rested...

Holy Cross +8 over Army **
Army has more talent...has all seniors and 4 players that have scored a 1,000 points...only team in the country that starts 5 seniors...at home they are terrible......they have 1 win in the past 6 weeks where they won ...beat Colgate .....by 10....HC is even worse on the rod but just knocked off Bucknell....they can't rebound or shoot 3's but if they play like they did vs Loy Md and Bucknell they should keep this close...Army will win ..

Both teams handled yesterdays games pretty easy....Hof has the best player on the court in Green and the best inside player in Gustys at 6'9 260... they beat W&Mary both times this yr...they are still thinking about last y'sr OT lost in the semi's...not happening today...Hof can hit the 3's,score inside and just let Tank and Green "go"...cannot see Mary winning this ...Mihalich has won more MAAC tourneys then any other coach when at Niagara...he took Green and Tank with him to the Pride...these two Philly kids are tough....if Bernardi is left open he can hit a 3 from the Baltimore harbor..

Should be a great game...Saints inside are tough...Iona can score from all over avg 80 pts a game....written so much about these teams...saints playing on their home court...but Iona has won big here....Iona defense is terrible....but the saints defense is also bad...not as but bad...think Iona wins this by a few...think saints will have trouble stopping English..
Monmouth -8.5 over Fairfield *****.
I said from the beginning Stags are a sleeper team..they are hot, have 2 solid scorers,etc.. but Monmouth ranks 35th in the nation on offense..they beat Fairfield twice 86-74 and 91-67[ at Fairfield}...they are 3rd in the nation in FT%,Robinson leads the nation in steals,doesn't turn the ball over and is one of the top 3 or 4 pt gds in the country....see this as a double digit win...
