Think Pride will have big time problems scoring vs the Cats but more importantly trying to stop them...Pride has some decent gds in Pember,Powers and Bernardi..all avg in the 13-14 range...Bernardi is a sharp shooter but needs to be open to take his shot...Cats have one of the best perimeter defenses in the country holding teams to under 26% FG...plus all 3 Cats gd are quick and athletic but also all are 6'3...but its the inside game that will cause the Prides biggest problems... Pride has 6'9 Gusty who leads the nation in rebounding with 13 bds a game...but he has dominated over smaller and slower centers...Cats front line have Adebayo,Willis,Gabrielle,Humphries and Jones...all 6'9,6'10,7'0.....inside Gusty will have a tough time playing post defense..and if he gets into foul trouble Pride has only 6'6 or 6'5's interior defenders...Monk,Fox and Briscoe at the top can all score and play defense....Adebayo does everything....maybe close in the beginning but see the Wildcats putting the Pride away big time...Cats are coming off a loss to UCLA and are playing in Brooklyn ...big audience...showtime...

Maryland game was a killer....Turg played 10 guys throughout and kept it close despite up by 25....at one point....he let up and got to play a lot of his players...exactly what I would do if I was coaching..preparing for the B-10 opening....but damn why do it when I'm -13 on them....

Hawkeye..Kentucky defense is better then their number..its hard when they beat someone like Ari St 115 to 69...Calipari is subbing so many guys his starters are only playing 20-30 minutes...they held Valpo and Mich st to 63 and 48....but after watching the UCLA they got exposed ..but again that is vs the Bell kid who is one of the top 2 or 3 pt gds in the country...Hof gds do like to shoot but all 3 Cat gds are over 6'3...think Kent perimeter defense won't allow them open shots...inside though is the bigger problem... Gut will have his hands full with all those "tree's.....and Cats in transition...GL today

boy, I just love college baskets as somehow my teams find ways not to cover. lost 5 games yesterday by a total of 6 points.

This isnt the first time UK scrubs have blown the side or 2h side...i have been doing better with FH side and tt over and quit playing game side especially if it is a big number. They are too concerned with getting cal jr his shot! That sucks. I got lucky to hit the fh-14.5 with that 3.
