I could accept losing with the Royals, at Coors, and even to catch Maddux on a real stinker, but the one that deflated me was the Pirates blowing a 7-1 lead. Fockers. Them's the breaks?2 days in a row with system picks going 1-3 hurts?missed 2 big 66's yesterday. Went 3-3 on totals, picking up a unit as I hit the big one, in Oakland. Threw away 1.3 on 2 parlays yesterday.
Today's sides look pretty bad. Not much system action, but maybe that's a good thing the way picks have gone the past 2 days (I went 5-1 on the moneyline yesterday for non-system games). Loads of recommended totals; I need to break them down a little further and maybe select just a few.
Expecting a light day.
Be back later to post my action.
