Well season's winding down, gonna keep most my plays at one unit for the remainder of the season, but occasionally the ending of the season gives you an advantage on certain plays....hopefully this is the case on what I feel is the best play on the day today.
UNDER 8.5 Toronto +105 (4 units)(Best Bet)
St.Louis -215 (1 unit)

Under on the Toronto-Tampa Bay game looks really solid today. It features 2 pitchers who dominate their opponents today:
Carpenter is a career 5-1 vs Tampa and this year is 1-0 with a 0.60 era in 2 starts vs Tampa this year only allowing 1 earned run in 15 innings pitched.
Joe Kennedy is just as dominant. He is 3-0 with a 2.00 era vs Toronto.
Home Plate Ump Steve Rippley should help the pitchers today as well. He ranks in the top 5% of all umps in strikeouts averaged per nine innings(OVER 15 per game) and does not issue many walks.
Toronto on the road vs Lefties are only averaging 2.8 runs per game. While Tampa at home vs righties are averaging only 3.9 runs per game.
On top of the key factors in this game, I feel with the end of season nearing, Toronto has given up. They just want to get the season over with and are not playing with any enthusiasm. They've only scored 14 total runs in their last 6 games (2, 1, 1, 7, 3, 0)
Tampa isn't a whole lot better.
The only problem I have with betting this game is that I wish I would have gotten the line bet when it was 9 -120. I got it at 8.5 +105 which is still a bargain I feel.
