My brother-in-law is in surgery as I type this, he's getting a liver transplant and I'm awaiting a call... it's a very long operation. I'd appreciate any and all prayers for him.

I won't have time to post or do write-ups or any capping for a few, but may jump in and add a comment or two. Just thought I'd pass a few minutes here and let you all know what I see for tomorrow...

Milw/CINCY... can't see MILW sweep.
Phil/STL... I can however see a STL sweep.
Pitt/HOU... no opinion, maybe UNDER.
Fla/COLO... looks OVER to me...
Atl/SF... SCHMIDT will prove his worth!
NY/LA... Park at home is strong, but the BP??
Chi/ARIZ...no opinion...
Mon/S.D. no opinion, Maybe the UNDER

Sea/NYY... SEA FINALLY loses a road series.
KC/DET.... WHO CARES???
Tex/TOR... Tex 1-13 trend... TORONTO!
Balt/BOS.. NOMO at home, is BUENO! RED SOX
Ana/CLEV...2nd best UNDER on the board.
Oak/CWS....THE best UNDER on the board.
TB/MINN....3rd best UNDER on the board.

BEST BET: OAK / CWS UNDER 8.5

May play a ROUND ROBIN on these four:

OAK UNDER 8.5
ANA UNDER 9.5
NYY and SAN FRAN

That's my take... see y'all and Good LUCK!

I hope all goes well with your brother-in-law. He'll be in my family's prayers today. The liver is the most regenerative organ in the human body, so he's got a better chance of survival than any other organ transplant. The biggest complication is organ rejection, but the immunosuppresants will help him with that. Family support is the most important thing and sounds like he's got it. Kind of puts things in perspective. Best wishes again.

Hey everyone... thanks for the prayers. So far so good... he came through the surgery fine, and although they wanted to remove more scar tissue from his bile duct area, they decided to close him up before he became too weak. He went in at 3:30 pm and they finished up like 1:30 am or something. A long long time... anyway, all is well as far as we know. The next 72 hours are crucial, so we all appreciate the prayers!

Will probably be around, may even post later, we'll see... no matter, I'll be lurking!
