JIM SORGI IS QUESTIONABLE FOR THE COLTS!! just thought everyone would like to know that. especially since payton manning has an ass injury... "Manning was limited in practice due to a backside injury but is expected to play Sunday against the Texans."

anyway, i'm finally back over .500 in the nfl after that atrocious start to the season.

houston (+3) 1 unit. i have to keep going against indy. they dropped 3 straight to the number, then got lucky as hell to cover against baltimore. so they should have dropped 4 straight going into this game. i hate trusting houston here though, since the only home game they've covered was against oakland. well, if manning's ass hurts, i guess that's enough for me.

buffalo (+3) 2 units. i said it last week, i'll say it again... you can't underestimate the benefit of losing dick jauron as the bills head coach. a ham sandwich could be coaching that team, and it would be worth at least 3 points a game more than jauron.

st louis (+4) 1 unit. ugh. ugh. but what has seattle done to lay 4 points on the road to anybody? they are 0-5 ATS on the road this year. st louis has shown SOME life, covering 3 straight, including 2 at home.

carolina (+3.5) 1 unit. this one may be a little too easy... getting points from a team that has lost 6 straight games (no, i don't count the scrimmage against the raiders; only nfl teams). the panthers have covered 3 straight road games.

SF (-3) 1 unit. i may be slightly overrating the 49er's, but this one is very simple... i just think they are the better team.

tennessee (-2) 1 unit. dammit, arizona has been very good on the road, but i'm just going to keep playing the titans until they drop a game to the number.
