Tampa Bay to win ( + 112)
have the advantage going in, pitching is fairly even, but Oakland offense hasn't shown up.
Milwaukee to win ( + 143)
Santos shut down Cubs all last season, hopefully can do it again, and Maddux off to bad start. dog value

they never die vs Arizona, slight pitching edge I see

this should be an even match-up, so taking the dog value.
