i'm gonna start with a couple questions... am i the only one who thinks TB is WAY better off with gradkowski instead of simms?
has anybody else heard about this? terrell owens is playing in philly today.
indy (-18.5) 2 units. oh lord, it's come to this. i'm laying 18.5 points in an NFL game. i shall continue to go against vince young every chance i get. he may only be in the leauge a few years, so i gotta take advantage of this while i can.
wash (+5) 1 unit. more of an anti-giants play than anything else.
tampa bay (+7) 2 units. as i said above, i think gradkowski is a significant upgrade for the bucs. very tough spot for him, making his first start on the road at new orleans. but i think he has the poise to do a decent job, and i'm counting on the rest of that team to rally around him. if for no other reason than they are ecstatic simms isn't playing.
kc/arizona under (39.5) 2 units. chiefs d is playing well right now. did i just say that? i don't think matt leinhart is ready to start putting up points in an nfl game yet.
dallas (+1.5) 2 units. dallas is the better team here. their defense is playing with a lot of confidence. and i think the eagles will be so focused on shutting down TO, that guys like glenn, witten, jones, and barber will have a good day. in mcnabb's last 3 starts against dallas, he has thrown one TD and 3 INT's. philly's 3 wins this year are against houston, san fran, and green bay. less than impressive.
pitt (+3) 1 unit. last week we saw what happens when phillip rivers faces a real defense. i think he'll be in for another long day, as the steelers can shut down the run.
