Buffalo -5 over Toledo **
Toledo owns the Bulls.But are 1-4 ats away.Bug offense is explosive avg 77 pts a game.Problem is defense gives up about the same.Buf shooting 3's at home.Toledo'sa stats on the rd are down.Battle,Boetz,Cage,etc will outplay Triplett and co.
Evansville -5 over Illi St **
Balanced scoring attack.They have 2 guys that avg over 3.5 apg's.Wagner and Anslinger can hit from downtown.
Miami +2 over Nc St **
Hite is the real deal.Harris does a nice job at the pt.Diaz can score.Big time ACC game for them.They beat Florida and Mass.Played GT tough.There fast,athletic and Hite could make 1st team all ACC if he keeps playing like he is.Diaz will bomb a few.
NC St has Hodges who isn't 100%.NC St looks terrible but has the talent to come out of this funk.Johnnies beat them bad.WV a few nites later.But they will have their hands full today.
Manhattan -5 over Marist *
Tough game to capp.I watched Marist-Siena game.Lot closer then the 11 pt win.Foxes Whittington is unreal.The 6'8 frosh Stilphen came in ang looked like he was 1st team all MAAC.McClurkin at 6'8 is tough but his has no basketball IQ.Jordan the pt gd is awaesome.Leads the country in assits.He had 2 behind the back passes in the paint the other nite.One hit McClukin in the head.Monogan is back and he hustles.Hood is hot and cold.Marist switched defenses all day vs Siena.Zone,man,2-2-1 press,etc.
But MC has 2 little gds in Minor and Wingate.Either one can shoot but they are both waterbugs.When MC beat undefeated Wichita these midgets went right thru the Shockers defense.Mulligan is the stud.Is avg 21 pts a game.Plays all 5 positions.Can play the pt and post up at 6'5.Anderson is the super frosh at 6'8.Explosive,can drive,shoot but is a great interion passer.He is 2nd in assits.Dubois is the other freshman.Kono has been a big disappointment.He;s the zone buster and is 12-46 from the 3.
Although the stats say Marist is a better defensive team there not.Jordan as good as he is cannot stop penetration.Siena on 6 straight plays at the end of the game penetrated the ball inside with its gds.Scored 12 pts to make a 2 pt game after being down by double digits.Brady went zone and Siena missed the next two 3's.Then Brady went back man and Siena scored.Terrible coaching job on Bradys part but they pulled out a win.

I'll take the quicker Jaspers that play better defense.CJ inside will be tough to handle.McClurkin will try to block them and pick up 2 quick fouls.But Whittington leads the nation in 3 pointers.Thats why its a small play.
Yest was a crazy day.Started out bad losing most of my games.Went 0-3 in the MAAC.Lost Pitt by a half pt.Lost Hofstra which I loved.Lost Peters,Rider,Niagara..Lost UAB,Char,Prov and WV.
But then later caught fire the rest winning big with Michigan,Davidson and Cincinnati.Ended up 12-9 overall.
Way to many games but ended up 8 boxes up.
