Just hanging out here on Saturday night, so I found a couple games to play for Sunday.
Astros/Royals under 9 -- First off, both of these teams suck on offense, so that's always a benefit for an under play. Good umpire draw should help Pettitte a lot and also Duckworth. KC really not hitting lefties well this year (but let's be honest.... the Royals aren't hitting anyone well). Both pitchers are control guys and Cuzzi should give them some love with the borderline calls.
Blue Jays/Marlins over 7.5 -- I know this pick will look stupid if Halladay throws a one-hit shutout, but I just can't back off this play. HP ump Holbrook has gone under six straight game with the Jays... but that's about the only bad thing you can say about him from an over perspective. This is largely an ump play. 9-1 over last 10 overall (five straight), 8-2 over last 10 with the Fish (six straight). Opponents have been able to score runs against Roy when Holbrook is BHP. I'm going with the overall trend and bucking the Blue Jays trend and banking that there will be a lot of balls called and this game will go over.
