Still recovering here a bit as Toronto Vigilante and I went on a drinking spree last night celebrating my win. Oh boy, he is a disaster today. He passed out on the main foyer on campus last night as I wouldn't let him drive home. So he decided to pass out in a classroom.
Funny chit last night
CWS bailed me out, today I like the Yankees big, but I am not going to try my luck 2x in a row!

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but you're seriously counting your CWS play in your posted record? I mean, you specifically said you were "not posting it because people would think you are BS about the wager" or something like that. But then, after it won, all of a sudden it counts as a 40 unit win or however you added it up? Did I miss a post somewhere?
I went back and re read the post. I said I wouldn't count it in the sense that I wasn't going to post the wager cause I know from previous experience how some individuals might look at it, but it would be included in my units, so if I lost I would be down so many units, and if it won well I would be back in the black.
This is also including a San Francisco UNDER play that I didn't post, but mentioned I was playing it in a post of another member. It unfortunately was a loss and is included in my units. I see where your coming from and from now on I will post all my plays no matter how many units they are, and no matter who believes it or not.
On another point, the Blue Jays better get their act together or else I am going to get rid of my season's tickets

Not to belabor the point, but don't sit here and tell me that you would have deducted somewhere around 80 units from your posted record (CWS were -200) if they would have lost the game. To be honest, personally I couldn't care less what record you post because I know the ungodly lines and units that you post, but some people don't.
I'm just saying, you've done some very questionable things before with ridiculously good lines that no one else could get and it usually seems like your posted record and the attention that it brings are the most important thing to you. I'd hate for someone to come on here and be misled into thinking that you have been tearing it up in bases, because you haven't been so far. That's not to say you won't start hitting more plays and do well the rest of the year. But right now you make it look like you have been picking your spots and hitting some nice dogs this season when many people have been losing, and that's simply not the case.

Bobby, I think you're misunderstanding me and/or my intentions.
Why would I make a post pointing out it shouldn't count??? Well, this was supposedly an 80+ unit play to win 40+ units, right? And he would have deducted 80 units it they would have lost? Yeah right.
It wasn't posted, he specifically said he wasn't posting it, but then he wants to count it after it wins because he casually mentioned it in one or two other threads. That SF loss he is speaking of was for a couple of units I believe, so it's not hard to swallow that L in exchange for a nice 40 unit win. I'm not complaining, but rather pointing out a very large discrepancy with his record. This isn't the first very questionable thing he has done so it's not like he has an impeccable record in the past. Many people could attest to that, but I won't get into that. Anyhow, I'm not trying to pick on the guy at all. Like I said in my previous post, all I'm getting at is his record is once again very misleading due to some ridiculously large play that this time wasn't even posted. If you'll notice, as the game went on and the Sox were winning, he all of a sudden started talking more and more about it like it was a real play.
It still amazes me that hardly anyone notices or cares about this kind of thing. It's just not fair to those who do keep legitimate records to have some people doing things like this in my opinion. Sorry if my intentions weren't better stated.

Tex i hear exactly where your coming from. I see it alot believe it or not, just seems like a waste of time questioning someones plays, and there units per play. Most deny or make excuses anyway. BUT i know exactly where your coming from. To each his own i guess. TTM if you did really hit that 4 dimes play, then Congrats to you

2. How is my wager ridiculous when I took my profits from NHL which for the year was +71 units DOCUMENTED, not to mention going 3-0 so far for +7.8 units in the playoffs
3. I did mention that I used my NHL profits to make that wager.
4. Anytime you are up in Toronto, I welcome you into my home for dinner and would show you around town.
Now lets get back to picking winners
