tampa (-1) 2 units. probably way too easy, but tampa did a great job shutting down newton the first game of the season. huge swing in the line since then - carolina was laying 3 at tampa, theoretically indicating they were about 6 points better than tampa on a neutral field. now tampa is favored at carolina. this is reminiscant of the line swing between the two miami/ny matchups.
