I only need a perfect day to put me in the black for the conference tourneys. I like my chances....

Virginia (+1) 4 units. absolutely love the cavs in this spot. after 6 straight games shooting under 35% from beyond the arc, duke finally hit 7 of 17 yesterday (41%). if you take out cook hitting 3 of 4, the rest of the team was only 4 of 13. so their slump may not be over yet. the dookies aren't playing particularly well, going 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 games. in the first matchup between these two, uva had a huge comeback to go ahead with 37 seconds remaining at cameron. then cameron magic kicked in as sulemon hit that 3-pointer that hit the rim, bounced straight up, hit some rafters, rolled around on the roof, then dropped through the hoop. I think the cavs will be fired up to get some revenge today.

vcu (-4.5) 2 units. maybe this is a little too easy. st joe's did a decent job against vcu's pressure in their first matchup up, only committing 12 turnovers. and the loss of johnson is big for the rams. but they are still very deep, while st joe's is not. in both tournament games, the hawks only had one bench player play more than 2 minutes. that lack of depth will really hurt, playing their 3rd game in 3 games, and facing vcu's pressure. similar to yesterday, vcu should wear down their opponent and pull away.

florida (-7) 3 units. nothing complicated here. we have a very good team playing against a talented group of individuals. usually the team will win. *side note* what a great defensive effort from the gators in the second half yesterday, only allowing 14 points. anyway, all you really need to know for this game... florida is laying more points against Kentucky than they were yesterday against Tennessee. if nothing else, I'd say that's a strong sign that vegas expects the gators to roll today.

uk/fl under (130) 1 unit. I'm looking for Florida's defense to pick right back up where it left off yesterday.

Michigan st (-3.5) 3 units. c'mon, this line is crazy, right? all this talk about Michigan getting a #1 seed if they win this game... wow. well, the wolverines won both regular season matchups, but msu was missing payne and dawson in the first game and in the 2nd game, dawson was still out and appling reinjured his wrist and only played 25 minutes. sparty is back to full strength today. Michigan has hardly been impressive the last two days, beating Illinois by 1 and holding on to beat an ohio st team that's been disappointing all season.
