here we go again... another solid saturday, so time to give some back.
detroit (+7) 3 units
detroit (ML) 2 units to win 5.6. once i saw trubisky is still oh-for-his career against divisional opponents, i knew i was going to have to hold my nose and play the lions. somebody please sign me up for an intervention.
indianapolis (-3) 3 units. sure, maybe this is the week the jags finally turn things around. obviously i am betting that it's not. they have lost 5 of their last 6, with the one win against the jets (does that even really count?). their only road win was week one at the giants (again, does that even really count?). and bouye and meeks are both out at corner. that leaves ramsey on one side and... doug from the local piggly wiggly at the other corner position. that should open things up for luck to catch his own passes, since i don't think they have anyone else on the roster who can catch the ball.
jax/indy under (47.5) 3 units. this actually feels too easy, but i'm taking a shot. hard to see either team breaking 24.
washington (ML) 2 units to win 3.2. here i go with the redskins again. but i'm wagering against tampa. they have won one of their last 6, with that one win in OT against cleveland. alex smith should have a good game against that horrible defense.
washington/tampa over (51) 2 units. i think fitzpatrick will throw tds for both teams today.
no/cincinnati over (53.5) 5 units. first team to 30 wins! the saints are coming off that huge win and they have philly up next. the bengals are coming off a bye and they have baltimore next week. potential lack of focus from both teams = lots of points.
miami/gb over (48) 3 units. i can offer no logical explanation. but it's gonna happen.
hopefully i have a little money left over after today for monday night.
