ok we almost have it worked out, just got back from meeting with patty dir. of group sales will have it all set after meeting next tues at 2 just a few more things i am working with her on and it also goes through bob who will be your casino host the people from last year know him. so it takes a little time.

to help us all out please put your names in this thread and no other 1 so i can get a true count because rooms are almost gone in the city and what is left you will be paying a nice chunk at the strip.

if some one would be kind enough to cut and paste the pictures that i had in last years report of sunset and the different shots it would really help me. have to go meet with bob now so i could use a little help please, it looks like 270-290 for 3 nights fri-sun can add thur or monday for a very reasonable price,but if you are going to stay with group donot call there till i post name and ref number. i need a good count because they do not want to block rooms if we are not going to use them because they can have them sold by the next 2 weeks and not have to worry about it.

Fletcher maybe you can get a straight answer for me, bc the two people I talked to are clueless. I merely wanted to know the shuttle schedule for SS, when it leaves where it picksup etc. Talked to two people on their main # who couldnt give me jack shit in terms of good information.

Unfortunately I won't be staying at Sunset Station, so your fantasies of rooming with me will not be cumming true. Maybe the following year we can work something out, but you have to give me a little more notice!

after meeting tues i will have it all ready to go and if you need or want to pair up let me know and i can get 2 queen beds in room and it will help on cost. just keep the list coming.

jcjr i will just come get you and bring you there for all the stuff i can be there in 10-15 mins.

ace we will get you to where and what we are doing barflay,jack,marty,matt,mike jacks dad all will be on strip and annie will be with me i hope with or with out car because she can use the camero to help out she was the best last year with-out here i would of gone nuts. it probley sounds simple but jack and i and lanny and annie put lots of work in to make this go off good this year we will be haveing 2 big screens with sound system and lot bigger room on 2nd floor about 3 times the size of last years.

and jeri is going to design the room so it will be more user friendly this year. but it was a very good time for our first privite party it went off good but a few changes were needed and that comes by seeing how the first year went.

also tara will do the pictures she is very good with that,ray and i ran around the whole week before party doing the little things that need to be done at the end,he came out a 2 weeks early 1 week with him and tara and stayed the extra 13 days to help out he can tell you we ran,but it went good. some things feel through but more time to work on them this year. will let you know when it comes together a few nice raffle prizes i mean nice. i hope the people don't hang me out to dry but i don't think they will .
