For me personally, this reminds me of the saints vs colts SB years ago...I went into that game truly believing the NFC championship game had the best 2 teams in football and I did again this year....Saints and Rams were the best 2 complete teams playing last week. KC has a terrible defense otherwise I think they would be in the mix.
The Pat's have Brady which alone gives them a shot but I dont think he alone is enough vs this rams team ....the Pat's defense gives up a ton of yards against and while they could survive it most of the regular season when playing against the bills/jets/ phins 6X, Goff and co. Present a totally different challenge, especially With Mcvay calling the shots....and with the rams ability to run or pass, it doesn't set up well for the "bend but dont break" mentality the Patriots use, mostly because of all the red zone weapons that the rams have at their disposal.
After 8 weeks into the season the rams were the best team. ..they slowed down a bit which most teams do because of attrition and complacency, but they are back to playing the same way they did early on and motivation will not be a factor
And while the Pat's have the best QB on the field, the most dominant player will be Donald...the D line for the Giants always gave new England trouble and now they have to worry about a equally scary rush
Donald . Suh . Fowler jr . Let it sink in....My goodness is that scary....I still cant believe they didnt break more sack and Qb hurry records individually and as a unit....
And the rams also have the corners to give new England fits now that Peters is back healthy and everyone knows that Talib is a gamer.
Brady always scares me but the talent on the defensive side for LA is undeniable and we know they will be at full-go.
I think the rush gets to Brady early and often and the Rams ability to run the ball will be the difference
