going to take another shot this week after i capped last weekend absolutely perfect, but one of my friends paid for the weekend "service" plays and in wild card weekend went 4-0 and all the plays last week were EXACT opposites of my capping. so what do i do..........i put my capping aside and don't play any of my picks and play ALL of the "pros" picks. i go 4-0 and the service plays go 0-4. a long story short, if i never looked at this sheet i would be hammer time right now, but woulda coulda shoulda is now gone and man did i take a hit.
on to this weeks games.
my first opinion is that the public tease of the weekend will be PITT AND CAROLINA. the public will tease these teams getting ten pts each and of course the public will prob. lose. this was evident of the public teasing indy and seat. last weekend. IF IT SEEMS TOO EASY, THEN A GOOD RULE IS, IT PROB. IS. another popular play will be to take den and seat money lines and two team them. both undefeated at home and a 1 vs 2 seed superbowl, this will get some action, but i think again its toooo easy and one of the home teams will lose this weekend again.
soooooooooooo, with all that garbage and predictions being said, i think i am going to base this weekends games solely on the numbers.....they don't lie. if you look at a key capping stat for me (home vs away) you will see that carolina and den hold a slight edge in the rushing game on defense. i know its not much, but in these games every little bit counts. that is just one of the components i am looking at right now, along with scoring ability, home vs away, and the way teams are playing.
my superbowl prediction this year is going to be
DENVER
vs
CAROLINA
i am liking den and car. moneyline two team parlay.
not really sure if i will be wagering this weekend, but if i do wager, those are going to be my teams i picked................(i realllllllllly messed up last weekend by not sticking to my guns) :s4:
