How can this even be a question?

Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

So how on earth can a police officer stick his hand up your anus (or vagina) when you have been charged with no crime, and he has no reason to believe there is any evidence hidden in there?

They HAVE been charged with a crime. It's not like the cop pulls them over for speeding, and then digs knuckle deep in their ass on the side of the road.

It happens in jail. Where people go when they have committed a crime.

Wrong, Marine, wrong. The people in question have been arrested for questioning only, they have not been charged with anything. And even if they had been charged, the 4th amendment still applies.

Read the 4th again. You can't stick your hand up someone's ass without a warrant. Period.
