Early games

Cubs hit lefties at a solid clip and are 8-2 in game two of a series after a loss. Pitt is 2-7 after a win.
Maholm is 0-3 on the road, 0-2 in day games and has gotten 0.7 runs in support in his last three starts.
Pirates are 3-7 L 10 with Cederstrom behind the plate and Maholm is 0-2.

The Pirates are 7-19 in Maholms last 26 road starts and the Cubs are 14-6 in their last 20 games vs. a left-handed starter.I like the under too but I don't like to mess with mother nature in Wrigley.

The Jays and the WSox should put up some runs today. Both of these bullpens will get a chance to get in on this game and they have a lofty ERA of late. The Over is 11-4-1 in Jacksons last 16 starts overall and the Over is 5-1 in Drakes last 6 games behind home plate vs. Toronto.

GOD Bless those Cubs, man they suck, but on to the next set of games...

Love dog in the tribe in this game against Shields and the Rays. SHields is off one of his best starts ever so look for some bounce back and the current players in the Tribe lineup hit a combined .296 against Shields. Shields teams have lost five out of the last seven against the Tribe.

The Rays bullpen has an ERA over 7 in the last three outings and since the tribe can get to Shields the pen will be in trouble.
