Anyone ever received a letter from them?

Sounds like a scam but I cant be sure until I here from someone here who might know what this is about.

It is a scam. Throw it away. A business associate of mine who lives in Vegas told me about it 4 months ago and I asked her a couple of weeks ago how it was doing and she said it was BS. Nobody could ever get their money out. Line your litter box with it would be my suggestion.
