6-1 system record with five of these home dogs winning outright despite getting 7.5 or more points.

Should get a lot of discussion on this play as we're taking what many argue as the worst team in Division 1:

Army +10 over UAB


I believe Army has an excellent shot at winning this game outright and certainly a good chance at keeping it interesting till the end. While Army's defense continues to struggle, their offense has found a little life with Dahman taking charge.

The best reason IMO to take Army is how UAB has played on the road this season. Nevermind the 51-3 loss to Florida, but losing 34-0 to Louisiana-Lafayette and 35-14 to Tulane shows the road woes of this team.

Really like this spot as Army continues to show improvement. Wagerline shows the public is on UAB for the time being (most likely the difference in records as Army has yet to win a game and UAB has won three at home) yet the line continues to fall. . . still a few 10s out there which is why I have posted this line, but would gladly take 8.5 or higher if I had to.

Still looking at a couple others but wanted to post this now as the line should continue to fall.

I hadn't really paid much attention to this one, but you may be on to something. Army merits further consideration.

Hadn't looked at this one either, but Southern boys are going North in late October. Keep an eye on the weather, it may only be 40 degrees, but it will feel like 10 to UAB.

Luckily I did garden and I hope others got on it before the huge line drop as well (even 8.5 and 9 is a good number IMO). . . line started at 10.5 but I didn't bite until it dropped to 10. . . glad I didn't wait any longer. Doubt the line will drop much further and maybe it will come back up to 8.5 :shrug:

Still like +7.5 but that would be the lowest I would go for a strong bet on this one.

Unfortunately no other system plays this week. . . my opinion plays stunk up the forum last week, but thought I'd try again as I can't do much worse:

Washington State over Arizona. . . see the line is at 10.5. . . would play this up to 13.5 if I had to. This is the best team in the Pac IMO right now against the worst.

Central Michgan over Marshall. . . yes, the line is at +20, but doesn't fit my system requirements. . . still feel there's value on this one.

Michigan ML over Iowa. . . this is still a Michigan team that wins football games. They have a problem covering lines when favored but what's new?!?!?! Wolves win this battle.

Nevada ML over Louisiana Tech. . . nice value at +170. . .

Finally, Texas A+M over Nebraska. . . Huskers are still reeling and I don't think the books will catch up to them until the end of the season.

Adding Alabama +3 (will wait for this line to climb a little but if not, will buy up to +3) over Tennessee. . . the Vols are a false favorite in this one!

Alab looking good. Playing bowl game each week. See some Tenn players not happy with each other. That is not a good sign for Tenn.
Check Georgia why are they not 6 to 7 point fav.

I thought the same thing, but for some reason, I have this feeling Kentucky gives Georgia all they want and then some. Bulldogs certainly won't be looking ahead to Florida because they know this could turn into a huge battle. . . something tells me to stay far away from this one.

One final opinion play:

Idaho +4 over MTSU. .. think the Vandals should be the favorite in this one at home. . .but will gladly take the points and see what happens.

Anybody know what the weather will be like for this one that goes off in a half hour? I heard rain and 40 degree weather, but would like a more accurate prediction now if possible.
