Adding UTEP laying 4 average. . . lots of money has hit UTEP for such a relatively small game. . . I'll ride the train but only average.

Cal -6 first half average over Air Force
Air Force hasn't played anybody but Auburn and they were blown away. They also haven't rebounded very well against horrible teams. Basically they have relied on good shooting to win games but it won't happen here. Cal is starting to play some good ball and I think they shine here at least the first half. I do think they cover the game spread, but Air Force shoots the ball well and could backdoor so I'll go with the first half line.
