Kansas City area for who knows how long....
yeah, it's a bit of chalk at -160 but I like it a lot. STL had one of those close door team meetings, and teams win about 90% after these....Cubs off a win and that takes pressure off 'em....STL played better against Cubs of late and team is primed and determined now for a win, especially now that they have fallen out of 1st place too.

good luck everyone!

Hey terry I always check your plays and since I'm only an hour from stl and try to follow the cards closely thought I would post. Your play on the cards will probably cash but...the fact that they had a team meeting says they don't know what to do about the pitching which has been worse than bad. Hitting has been up and down as well. With the cubs off a win and with confidence having pounded the cards this year would not be surprised to see chicago continue to stl this year. Having said that should put the bad mojo on cubbies. Good Luck with the play!

well, STL did what I expected (still stranded 15 runners!)--but hated the chalk.

didya notice that Nats also had a team meeting? I read it just before gametime and put a small bet on them as there were hardly any other reasons to take it except a nice dog might hit!

"the team winning after meeting" is a lot less effective angle for rotten teams, unless it's a long, serious whale of a meeting....works great in NHL too.
