Maybe they should just play flag football. I might can understand a roughing the passer call but it was not a vicious hit. Don't think Butkus and LT would survive in today's game.

Personally thought it was clean, not excessive.. face mask to facemask.. not crown of the head..
And there was the Phantom unnecessary roughness earlier was tuff to swallow...

He left his feet and launched himself right into the head of the QB. They will call that every time.
If defender commits to the tackle but QB moves his head into the tackle the defender is flagged. Does not make sense. USC has lost their composure but these refs are pretty inept.
QB was out of pocket scrambling i.e. RB. Actually didnt even contact him to boot. First half TD that pass that was "reviewed" after Fielf judge was out of position and blew the call. no way he had control of the ball w/a foot down. Not sure why they even review? Same Field judge who called the bogus O PI. Field Judge has been speaking to PST coach (Sandusky Jr) frequently...watch

After seeing the replay I agree they should reverse it. That was a bang bang play. I think they will give the reception after the commercial.

The late hit call, the flag threw way behind the play on the punt return, the bobble on the TD. Seems a little one sided thing to do to college players. I feel for the kid that got thrown out for targeting also. That was not a dirty play.
Really do not care who wins as I have plays on both sides.
Would prefer to see OT. It would be a fitting way to end the game.
