Upper arm seems like you are falling in line following the herd anymore. Why don't you try and be different. Get some other area of your skin permanently etched. How about a chain of rings just above the knee? You could put your kids' initials in each ring as a tribute to them and their permanence.
My brother is a nurse anasthecist and he was telling me about a patient he was involved with in Minneapolis. A normal looking couple about 40 came into the ER; the guy had a bowel obstruction. Turned out to be a giant dildo, but short and girthy. His wife had tried to fish the thing out of the depths of horror and made it worse. They had to lay the guy down and cut him open. As they consulted the man's charts they realized this was the third time he had been in for the same malady.
When they got him up on the table, my brother said this guy had a giant V-shaped tatoo running from each nipple down to his crotch. The design was very detailed filagree of satanic looking eels and stuff. I would not recommend this pattern, but if you like the whole giant body V concept maybe you could do all the NFL helmets chained together in a similar fashion?
