Tax Cut//Homeland Security?

Some how this seems out of wack. A bill before congress goes like this.
Dollars ask For home land security. 40 billion!
Dollars for tax cuts. 100 billion!
Keep my 3 or 4 hundred bucks Mr President. Add it to the 40 billion.

Don't forget the attack of Iraq, then the occupation of Iraq. Money spent on N. Korea. Less monies coming in because of high unemployment. Yes....I do believe a tax cut is in order.
