TAXI DRIVER'S LICENCE REVOKED- A Taxi driver had his hackney licence permanently revoked last week by the Licensing Board. The driver, a 49-year-old Watertown man whom police declined to identify, is facing charges that he mastrubated in his taxi while transporting a female passenger from her home in Watertown to Harvard Square on Jan. 28. Watertown Detective Lieutanant Michael Lawn said the woman reported the driver made several comments about her appearance shortly after she got into the vehicle. Police have charged the suspect with annoying and accosting a person sexualy,a felony,said Lawn.
