Freeman benched, about time, guy was always a stiff.

Mike Glennon in, with a good defense and rid the dumb ass penalties they could turn things around.

-3 at home against AZ :0074

Why do you think Glennon will be an improvement? He hasn't played a snap in the NFL and sucked in the preseason. Josh Freeman was at least decent. His receivers appear to be a bigger problem to me. TB could be 2-1 if NYJ and NO miss field goals in the final seconds. The other game was at NE where almost nobody wins. TB has played 3 top 10 pass defenses so far. That has made Freeman look worse than he actually is. I think TB is jumping the gun here and will tank their season making this move unless Freeman is an absolute clubhouse cancer. If he is, the team may rally just because he is not starting. I think this line drops to pick by game time and AZ wins out right.

The guy is not decent in my eyes, can't read a defense and find an open guy, also cannot place the ball where it needs to be. Glennon is an unknown, he could stink up the joint but I do not think he can be any worse.

I'm not in the clubhouse but Freeman did lose his team captaincy and was rumored to have slept through the teams annual photo session.

Removing the distraction is half of it, they have a good defense and can shutdown the Palmer led Cards.
They will have a scaled down game plan and if Glennon manages it without turnovers or stupid mistakes they can win it.

The better play might be the under which has interestingly gone up a half point to 41 in some places.

Really, NYJ, NO, NE, are all in the top ten in pass defense, if so that proves stats are useless. It's also very probable that this is the case due to the very fact they played the likes of Freeman.

I think glennon will do alright.. i like them to win at home vs the under performing cardinals, and like you mentioned about TB defense, it will cause old carson to throw a pick or two, and when he throws INTs they get returned for TDs more times than not lol guy is a bum
