Nike chose TCU to wear another new Pro Combat jersey for the opening game on Saturday. The differences from last year's jersey are the main jersey color will be black with purple stripes on the sleaves instead of purple with black sleeves. The number will have the scale pattern instead of being white. The helmet will have TCU in black instead of white. Someone said the team motto of "Fight 'Em Til Hell Freezes Over, Then Fight 'Em On The Ice" would be in the neck lining somehow.
